Berlin, Graffiti on the Staaken Train station and Berlin Wall - 2008

Staaken Train Station.

Ostbahnhof, Berlin Wall.
Only a few fragments remain of the Berlin wall.
The formerly ugliest piece of architecture in the world,
which cut the city in half from August 13,
1961 to November 9, 1989.
The probably most famous, 1200 yard long segment,
along muhlenstrase was painted by 118 artists,
and declared"East side Gallery" (The world's longest art gallery)
